Mark Fritz

Developing 360 Degrees Influence

The author John Maxwell says “Leadership is influence and influence is leadership”.  To drive significant change, you will always need the ability to influence those around you to see that helping you is also in their self-interest too.  This keynote shares important influence strategies and approaches (backed up by research) to influence in 360 Degrees…especially peer influence.

This keynote is really for everyone, and particularly for leaders driving change in complex environments where success is often driven by the influence gained with others where you don’t have some type of reporting line leverage.

Each person will take away specific approaches (maybe even habits) they could use in their role from the very next day.

Mark Fritz is focused on helping executives to successfully lead across time zones and cultures, and have also have a life (www.markfritzonline.com).  He shares the leadership best practices that drive “ownership” for results across distances and cultures, and has been a professor at business schools throughout Europe.

Mark has lived and worked in across the world (in the USA, Singapore, Egypt, Italy, Netherlands, Japan and the UK).  He has worked in various areas of the business (IT, Customer Services, Distribution and Quality), and has led both Pan-European Organizations and has been part of Pan-European Business Model Development.

Mark enjoys cooking together with his wife at home when he is not traveling, and would like to find more time for Golf…a sport he played at university.
