Bob Hartley

”Farewell into the future”

Join us in learning hot tips from a long, successful career as an interim and say “Good bye “to Bob Hartley, while sharing new tips and ideas from your fellow members on how to succeed no matter what your plans.
For those looking into the future – continuing in the work place, retiring, any combination in-between or yet to be defined – Bob will share his key pointers for what to do and perhaps what not to do to:

Make your career successful long into the future

Lay the foundations for a great retirement

Essential mental preparation and personal planning

The conversation will be opened out to the group to share and capture all our reflections on shaping our futures and capitalising on opportunities.

Stay ahead – pool expertise, best practice ideas, information and experiences and opinion outside your own sector. Access a safe and informed forum, position yourself for the future and build bonds of friendship and trust which stand the test of time.

With 14 years as an Interim Food Operations Specialist and 23 years in the corporate world, Bob has led operations through turnaround, lean production, CI, acquisition, merger and closure, for blue chip companies such as Danisco, Coca Cola Enterprises, Baxter’s Food Group, Premier Foods and many more wearing different hats including Manufacturing Manager, General Manager, Operations Director and World-wide Operations Director.

As Co -Chair of the interim Interest Group, Bob’s business skills have shone through and it’s no surprise that many clients have asked him back not once, but several times …… his clients clearly value his skills! I know I do!!
