I support leaders, teams and HR professionals through personal, professional and organisational transition and transformation. My focus is on helping clients to excel by bringing out the best in themselves and others. I strongly believe that people have every opportunity to perform at their best when their outcomes are clear, they optimise their strengths, understand their needs and have an enabling and supportive work environment.
My background is in human resources working at senior level in major international organisations. I have extensive experience of leading, mentoring and coaching multi-cultural teams across diverse geographies in dynamic project environments to support business success. This has given me a deep understanding of the broader organisational context and the personal and business challenges facing leaders.
My clients would describe me as perceptive and sensitive to their needs, with an ability to inspire confidence and really influence behaviour. They appreciate my common sense and balanced approach enabling them to analyse and resolve people-related issues in an objective and positive way.
