We know the Power of Synergy so what obstacles do we need to overcome to attain it?
Three of the greatest challenges facing business leaders today are:
- Uncertainty in the future which includes managing consumer demands
- Recruitment and retention of talent
- Technology and how it can be harnessed to keep the organisation competitive.
The answers to these challenges are often simple but overlooked because we as humans have a bias towards complexity which puts obstacles in the way.
In his talk, Alec will share various examples of how the obstacles appear, their impact on the organisation and simple ways of overcoming them.
