He has been working in the Career Management Industry since 2001 helping people discover and use Social Media having trained over 20,000 people on how to get the most from it – especially LinkedIn. Lincoln is au fait with both sides of the hiring fence, where he has the fantastically enviable role of helping thousands of people change their lives but works with others in the recruitment industry – hidden and advertised.
He supports people through their career change, including Interim Directors – has been heavily involved with the IMA and even trained our own members – as well as students starting out, SME’s and board directors of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies looking to progress their careers. He helps develop an individual’s Social Media presence including social selling, recruitment/careers sites, digital marketing, brand, reputation and “go to market” plans.
