I worked for 14 years as an international head hunter with Spencer Stuart, working across all sectors, but focussing mainly on the industrial, consumer and life sciences sectors where I recruited senior level executives across all functions, but specialising in international general managers, supply chain, and the broad business services sector.
I had always very much enjoyed working with candidates so in 2009 moved into the careers advisory world, working for Manchester Square Partners and AGM Transitions, where I was a Partner of the business. I started my own careers advisory firm in May 2014. I advise senior level directors across all functions and sectors, working with people who are transitioning from one role to another.
I’m also a Volunteer at Home-Start Lambeth. Home-Start is a charity working with young families in the local community.
The main aim of my business (in 140 characters tweet): I offer practical and relevant careers advisory help to senior directors who are looking for a new challenge, whether executive or non-executive.
TEN has helped me, as I find everyone at the events to be very friendly and supportive, offering good advice, and it’s a way for me to expand my network.
