The Future Path of Good Governance
Business behaviour is being influenced by several societal challenges such as the desire for value beyond the financials, a demand for an improved corporate culture and dealing with the ubiquitous presence of IT.
How will these challenges impact governance?
And will strategic thinking have to change?
The subject will be of value to board and c-suite members, company secretaries, senior partners, and those in risk, auditing, assurance, legal, compliance and communications.
Through discussion we will clarify what good governance is, and how it relates to culture and risk management.
We will look at the governance influences and see how they impact business decisions.
We will identify a new order for strategic thinking.
