Notice of the 2012 Elections and Annual General Meeting

It’s that time of year again, with elections and the AGM in September. Please find below details of the committee election process.
The Executive Network is run by its members and elections are held each September for officers and committee members who contribute to the development of the group on an honorary basis. All members of The Executive Network are eligible to stand for election.

Notice is hereby given that the annual nominations and elections of Officers and Committee Members of The Executive Network shall take place by email before our Annual General Meeting on Monday 10th September 2012 according to the following arrangements and timetable:

* Each member has one vote for each position as set out in the nominations table.

Peter Giles, our Treasurer, will oversee the election process.

Our Administrators, Joan & Sue will handle all nominations and voting emails. Please make sure those nominated have agreed to stand. After close of nominations, Joan & Sue will email members ballot papers showing names and positions of those nominated.

2011/12 Committee:

Andy Low holds the honorary position of Founding Chairman.

There are 5 vacancies.

2012/13 Committee:

Nominations are sought for the following honorary offices:

Please send your nominations to Joan & Sue before Tuesday 14th August 2012  (noon), clearly indicating which role the person is being nominated for.
