A short summary about myself:

Marketing, Sales and Business Development leader with a career spanning senior board roles within multinational businesses and more recently for high growth SME’s. For the last 15 years I have led transformation projects working across diverse and sometimes conflicting businesses and divisions, driving change, cohesion and improvement in sales management and processes, business development and marketing operations. Through a period of significant change, I was responsible for Marketing and Sales Strategy across SIG Distribution – £700m. Post SIG I worked with a family owned business across all commercial areas of the business including Marketing, International Business Development, Sales and Supply chain; growing revenues from £5.0m – £14.5m in four years and supporting the sale to a PE backed trade buyer.
My business – Incresco Partners focuses on supporting growth; consulting to fast changing SME’s providing hands on support to business owners and their teams, and a growing Coaching Practice focused on developing leaders and with individuals to develop their personal brand.
