In this interactive session, Trevor will explore 2 key questions with the input of the audience.
1. What is Effective Leadership Communication?
2. What Challenges Do You Face In Your Leadership Communication?

Trevor Penton is an ex R.A.D.A actor turned communication specialist. He trained as an actor at R.A.D.A in the 80’s with such luminaries as Ralph Fiennes, Clive Owen & Jane Horrocks. In 2000 he decided to change direction and utilise the performance techniques and skills he had learnt and built up in Theatre, TV and Film and apply them to helping people in the Corporate, Public and Charity sectors improve their communication skills.

His company of communication skills specialists helps Leaders, and aspiring leaders, to put across every aspect of themselves – how they look, how they sound, and how they convey their content, in a way that gets the results they want in the situations that matter; inspiring their people, delivering negative messages or enhancing their organisations profile when representing them at external events or in the media.
