This presentation will cover:

• What are the benefits?
• What are the pitfalls of getting it wrong?

Directors, non-executive directors, people running their own business and professional services businesses will find this talk useful.

Participants will gain an understanding of why behaving ethically is important, how it benefits their business and what is involved.

About Dr Ian Peters:

Dr Ian Peters MBE is the Director of the Institute of Business Ethics. He has been in this post since May 2020.
His previous roles have been Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, Director of External Affairs at the Engineering Employers Federation (EEF) and Deputy Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce.

Ian has held a number of non-executive and public appointments including as Chair of the Independent Monitoring Panel of the UK Chartered Banker Professional Standards Board, as a member of the UK government Regulatory Policy Committee and Better Regulation Task Force, and as a member of the Court of the University of Lancaster.

In 2015 Ian was awarded an MBE for services to regulatory reform in the UK.
