‘Squaring up to the FD/CFO’

Ignorance of financial matters is no excuse. Nor is blind faith on the FD/CFO. Directors, in law, have a duty of care to understand financial matters as it appertains to their organisations. This short presentation will highlight directors’ duties in the field of finance, what to expect from their FD/CFO, what are elements of a solid Financial Strategy and will look at many examples of good and bad practice.
