Why You?

With competition and markets becoming more and more competitive how can you attract clients without discounting or endless pitching?

In this quick fire look at the key content of his business book of the same title Cliff Findlay shows how a mix of common sense, new thinking and willingness to accept change could be the difference between building a highly successful business and simply treading water.

The talk is aimed at business owners/MD’s/CEO’s of businesses and is particularly relevant for growing businesses. ….Businesses that are run by hard working, passionate MDs but who can’t understand why they are not making the profits they expect. Companies that offer a better product or service than their competitors but simply haven’t found the way to explain their differentiation to their marketplace. And companies who wish to grow the business fast, and accept that they need some fresh straight forward thinking in order to achieve their ambitions.

The conversation will be quick fire. Multiple concepts and thoughts for business will be suggested some of which will resound. Key will be to ensure that everyone leaving the event understands where they could do something different, how the market has changed, why they are not potentially winning the business they should and a LOT of ideas of what to do about it. Some of which will be easy to implement. Cliff will hang around afterwards to discuss any pressing issues or questions guests may have.

Cliff Findlay spent 15 years in the ad industry. During that time he ran global accounts, created award winning campaigns. He worked as an art director, copywriter and directed many of his own adverts. Disillusioned with the ad industry and their constant fixation on winning awards and not business for the clients he decided to set up his own B2B marketing agency and currently helps his clients add between £500,000 and a million new business a year.
