Adrian started out as a client with Esso Petroleum before moving to the agency side. In 1986 Adrian began work at the below-the-line agency IMP and he then moved to Chime-owned HHCL in 1993. During his seven-year stint at HHCL the agency was named Agency of the Decade. Inn 2002 Adrian co-founded VCCP and he now sits on the board of Chime Communications and is a member of the Marketing Society. www.vccp.com
Stephanie started her career in headhunting, working for Taylor Bennett before moving into the Marketing and PR industry in 2003, specialising in the luxury travel and property industry for six years. In 2010 Steph joined VCCP as Marketing and New Business Director, where VCCP was named Marketing magazines Agency of the Year and topped the AAR’s new business league five years in a row.
