Speaker: Dusty Amroliwala – ‘In Search of the Strategic Leader’s Grail’
Unlocking the power of long term strategic planning in the hunt for talent.
Dusty’s career has spanned a number of different sectors. From 27 years in the Royal Air Force (where he finished his career as the HMG’s Director of Defence Diplomacy) to senior Director roles in the Home Office and Cabinet Office. Now the Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of East London, he is responsible for the delivering the key services across this modern University with some 28,000 students (both in the UK and overseas). Dusty was made an OBE in July 1999 and holds an MA (International Relations) from King’s College, London (1996) and an MBA from Imperial College, MBA (2000).
