Join our 2012 celebration summer drinks and BBQ on ‘the most splendid terrace in London’ overlooking the Thames at the National Liberal Club. What a year, Diamond Jubilee, Thames Pageant, Madness on the roof of Buckingham Palace and the Olympics, with that added quintessential rain. We look forward to being able to relax out on the terrace during sunset and stars, in the company of members and guests whilst expressing our thanks to past and present supporters of TEN at our special event.
Meet, greet and talk with likeminded individuals about our great Island Nation, renew acquaintances, understand our ethos of one for all and all for one. It is a great opportunity to meet new members, renew acquaintances, introduce friends and colleagues operating at senior levels around the globe.
Celebrate 2012 with us:-
- We offer our thanks to Graham Stedman of Nabarros and Nigel Bacon of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce for hosting some of our highlights of the year.
- A very positive Non Executive Directors special interest group meeting with Lesley Stephenson, Steve Playford and Matthew Mertz of the FT NED Club developing an ongoing association.
- Our Social Media special interest group is leading our expansion on LinkedIn and other virtual platforms with Amanda Brown providing insights into the intricacies of the virtual world.
- Our stalwart special interest Interim group providing support and speakers.
The Committee have created the foundation for a new TEN web site, delivered a steady stream of interesting and varied speakers, offered a number of lunch time meetings for greater intimacy among smaller numbers with further potential expansion through more joint events, Nordic, Australian and Russian plus the prospect of meetings outside London.
