(Personal Effectiveness for Today’s World)
It’s difficult to be effective leading others when you are not effective at leading yourself first. Many people take time management courses, but you cannot manage time. You can only manage your focus and the emotions that surface…and those emotions are either enabling or destroying that focus. This session is focused on you…and the key mindsets and habits which will enable you to lead yourself (and thus your organisation) in a far more powerful way.
This keynote is really for everyone, and particularly for leaders driving change in today’s fast paced and complex business environment, where you being focused and effective enables you to lead others to be more focused and effective too.
Each person will take away specific approaches (maybe even habits) you could use in your role from the very next day…and understand the habits in ways to share with your people too.
