About my Business: Vectis Associates Ltd was established in 2014 to provide Interim Management Services primarily in the Aerospace and Defence sectors, incorporating Interim Programme Management, Interim Change Management, Interim Project Management, Interim Procurement & Supply Chain Management and Interim Operational Performance Management. Graham is passionate about delivering significant return on investment and ensuring improvements are enduring and sustainable long after the project has been completed through effective implementation and knowledge transfer. I am particularly passionate about the development of the people I work with and believe that knowledge is inhibited unless readily shared and communicated with those that have a business need or indeed just a curious interest.
How has TEN helped: Having attended two TEN meetings as a Guest, I have already made a number of connections that I could not have achieved otherwise. I have found the meetings both informative and enjoyable and have been impressed by the topics covered, including at the first meeting a powerful presentation by Nicola Horlick that demonstrated the reach and influence TEN enjoys – I now understand the opportunity Crowd Funding offers both Investors and those seeking finance solutions. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly and it has been interesting to experience the tight-knit community that TEN brings together. I had no hesitation in confirming my application, I’m delighted to have become a member and look forward to meeting many more of you in the years to come.
How can you help TEN: With a long background in Aerospace and Defence and practical experience that spans the whole end-to-end business spectrum, I hope to be able to share my knowledge and interests in such a valuable sector of the UK economy. As a senior Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) and Association for Project Management (APM) I can reach across various networks to help bridge knowledge and expertise that is not readily accessible to all. As a proud member of Cranfield University’s Alumni I have an interesting and valuable insight into both established capabilities and those that have yet to be developed. I welcome interest from anyone whether it’s just a chat to catch up on the fast moving pace of change across British Manufacturing or indeed from those seeking help, advice or support for their latest particular challenge, no matter how small or complex, a problem shared is a problem being addressed.
