Interim Interest Group

Wednesday 15th April 2015 – 5pm

Address Details: Minster Exchange, Minster Pavement, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7PP

How to partner with your interim provider from an Alium Partners perspective so that we both look good!

Nigel Peters *,  Managing Partner of Alium Partners, will explore the old, new and emerging model of what good looks like, given significant changes that have occurred in the market since 2008.

Quite provocatively, Nigel will identify and question the poor behaviours he sees from a minority of interims and the damage this does to the market and the individual interim’s relationship with the provider and clients. As interims and providers seek to grow business we can occasionally get in each other’s way and there can be bad behaviour which is quite inexcusable – no wonder some interims can give others a bad reputation!

But are we all sure we behave appropriately? Come and check this out at this month’s challenging debate and shape what good looks like!  More importantly, join us in demonstrating how members of The Executive Network can be relied upon for their integrity and ethical behaviour.

Please note CHATHAM HOUSE RULES – MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS – NO PROVIDERS PLEASE.  This is a unique event and its success depends on confidentiality and genuine partnership. We know everyone will respect this. Hence, on this occasion, the event is only for The Executive Network members and guests who are not interim providers.  The attendance list will be screened accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
