I am delighted to invite you to join the next Interim Special Interest Group which will be immediately prior to the next TEN Meeting at the National Liberal Club on January 10.
Following the success of the last Interim SIG session when we focused on how to work with Interim Service Providers such as bie, Odgers and Interim Partners for mutual benefit; this time we will be focusing on what the interim managers themselves can do to proactively generate a sustainable interim management business.
Of course, not just referrals, but follow-on assignments with past clients are often just a ‘warm call’ or two away, but how many of us are making that call?
Tom Pickering, as CEO of IcebreakerExecutive, has much experience in this field and will be joined by a peer Tracy Shuff from Penna interim who also coaches interims 1-1 and oversees Penna’s outplacement program in the NW
