I am a co-owner and director of Bruce Wallace Associates Ltd. We offer corporate compliance, board governance advice and company secretarial assistance to a number of clients ranging from companies listed on the Main and AIM markets as well as large private groups and FCA regulated entities.
We also provide ad hoc technical assistance to law and accountancy firms and other in house company secretaries and we contribute to a number of legal publications.
