Beata possesses more than 15 years’ experience in the planning and implementation of IT strategy for high profile organisations in the private and public sectors. Since her earliest service delivery and project management roles at Financial Times Publishing Ltd and WestLB, she has collaborated with senior business leaders to define the strategic roadmaps needed to grow companies’ information management and IT resources. Additionally, she spent two years with the Home Office where she was instrumental in shaping IT strategy for high-profile initiatives.
Beata is a skilled leader of technical and project staff and has mentored both onshore and offshore teams to deliver complex business requirements to time and budgetary constraints. She has extensive experience in coaching and team building and is committed to ensuring that her teams remain at the forefront of the industry’s talent pool.
Beata has been instrumental to HeadChannel’s expansive growth in size and profitability since she joined the company in 2007 as a result of her intuitive commercial acumen, finely tuned understanding of clients’ drivers and priorities, and expertise in building a strong project, development, marketing and system architecture teams.
